Munger, Tolles & Olson Taps Andrew Garelick as Corporate Partner

Andrew Garelick joined Munger, Tolles & Olson as a partner in its corporate practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.

Garelick specializes in mergers and acquisitions and counsels clients on complex corporate governance matters. He advises boards and special committees of public companies and has worked on high-profile transactions for clients including The Walt Disney Company, Caesar Entertainment Corporation, and Scopely, the firm said.

He joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
