Munger Tolles & Olson Recruits Feinberg as San Francisco Counsel

Aimee Feinberg has rejoined Munger Tolles & Olson as of counsel in San Francisco, the firm said Wednesday.

Feinberg worked as an MTO associate from 2005 to 2011 and served as a deputy solicitor general in the California Department of Justice. While serving as a deputy solicitor general, she presented oral argument before the US Supreme Court in Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta, according to Munger Tolles & Olson.

She also clerked for US Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and Judge David Tatel of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
