Nikole K. Zoumberakis has joined Munger Tolles & Olson as a corporate partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.
Zoumberakis advises clients on transactional, legal, and compliance issues, including structuring private investment funds, portfolio investments, co-investment structures, and internal ownership and governance of investment management firms, according to Munger Tolles & Olson.
She previously practiced at Buchalter Nemer.
