MSG Networks, James Dolan Sued Over Proposed Acquisition

New York Knicks cable broadcaster MSG Networks Inc. was hit with a stockholder suit in the Southern District of New York seeking to halt its proposed acquisition by MSG Entertainment Corp.

Plaintiff Shiva Stein alleges that MSG Networks, CEO James Dolan and other corporate officers made “incomplete and misleading representations” about the transaction, according to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York May 7.
