Motorola Solutions Wins Appeal Over Hytera Radio Patent

U.S. appeals court, without issuing a formal opinion, affirmed an Ohio judge’s ruling that Motorola Solutions didn’t infringe a Hytera patent for a way to improve audio output in noisy environments.
