Moses Singer Hires Holland & Knight’s Fruchter on Corporate Team

Michael Fruchter joined Moses Singer as a partner in its corporate trust and loan agency practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fruchter represents corporate trust and loan agency departments of major financial institutions in a wide range of transactional matters, including front- and back-end indenture work involving corporate and municipal debt, escrow agreements, agency agreements, and asset- and security-backed financings. His practice spans matters throughout the United States, Latin America, South America, and Asia, regularly involving transactions valued in the billions of dollars, the firm said.

He joins from Holland & Knight.
