Michael Simes joined Moses Singer as a partner in its litigation practice, the firm announced Monday.
Simes represents clients in complex contractual disputes and has served as trial counsel in jury and bench trials with more than $20 million at stake. His practice includes bankruptcy-related litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, and he has secured victories collectively worth more than $600 million for clients ranging from multinational financial institutions to officers and directors of closely held companies and other high-net-worth individuals, the firm said.
He joins from Simes Law.
