Rhys Bortignon has joined as Morrison Foerster as a partner in the global finance group in the transactions department in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Bortignon’s practice concentrates on over-the-counter derivatives, structured products, and structured finance, according to Morrison Foerster.
He counsels clients from both the buy-side and sell-side, including corporates, investment banks, commercial banks, private equity, funds, investment managers, and sovereigns, said the firm.
