Morrison Foerster Taps Bryan Kotliar as Restructuring Partner

Bryan Kotliar joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its business restructuring and insolvency group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Kotliar represents debtors and creditors in complex restructurings, and works with debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, foreign representatives, asset purchasers, and investors in connection with in- and out-of-court restructurings and distressed situations, the firm said.
