Leif Dautch joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its investigations and white collar defense group in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.
Dautch joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases, according to the firm. He focuses on state and federal prosecutorial matters and complex investigations involving wire fraud, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, money laundering, and racketeering.
