Ryan Adams has joined Morrison & Foerster as a partner in the public company advisory and governance group within the firm’s transactions department in Washington, the firm said Tuesday.
Adams, a former attorney with the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s division of corporation finance, has public and private sector experience in securities regulation, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate transactions, and corporate governance matters, according to the firm.
He counsels clients on issues relating to federal securities laws, including regulations, while working with the firm’s M&A, securities enforcement, litigation, and employment practices.
