Morrison Foerster Recruits Three Tech, M&A Partners in London

Mike Pierides, Will Holder, and Oliver Bell are joining Morrison Foerster as partners in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Pierides’s practice adds depth to the firm’s technology bench and spans technology and commercial transactions, advising on major outsourcings, data privacy and cybersecurity, strategic restructurings, and technology-mandates transactions. He advises clients across AI, data centers, financial services and fintech, aviation, and telecommunications.
