Chuck Cotter and Finity Jernigan have joined Morrison Foerster as partners with the emerging companies and venture capital group in Denver, Colo., the firm said Thursday.
Their practice focuses on consumer products, particularly the food, beverage, beauty, personal care, and fashion sectors as well as ag tech and food tech transactions, according to Morrison Foerster.
They served as co-chairs of the food, beverage, and consumer products industry group at their previous firm, Morrison Foerster said.
