Oksana Lashko has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the business restructuring and insolvency group in the transactions department in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Lashko represents debtors, creditors, and official and ad hoc committees in chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, cross-border insolvency matters, bankruptcy-related acquisitions, and insolvency-sensitive transactions and investments, according to Morrison Foerster.
She was a member of the restructuring and finance group at her previous firm, Morrison Foerster said.
