Diane Hazel joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its antitrust law group in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.
Hazel is an antitrust litigator and former government enforcer who represents clients in complex litigation and high-stakes investigations. She regularly represents clients facing allegations of price-fixing, market allocation, monopolization, and other forms of alleged anticompetitive conduct, and counsels clients on consumer protection matters, the firm said.
She joins from Foley & Lardner, according to her LinkedIn profile.
