Morrison Foerster Lands Ex-Treasury Sanctions Expert

Morrison Foerster is beefing up its national security and global risk and crisis management groups by hiring Rachel Fiorill, a former US Treasury sanctions enforcer.

Fiorill joins the firm’s national security group as of counsel from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison where she also was of counsel.

She’ll work with other veterans of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, where she was enforcement chief, on national security, economic sanctions and export control.
