Morrison Foerster Hires Scott Behar as M&A Partner in New York

Scott Behar joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Behar represents public and private technology clients in US and cross-border transactions, including mergers, investments, stock and asset acquisitions, and divestitures. He focuses on technology M&A deals, representing public and private acquirers of venture-backed technology companies, and venture-capital-backed private companies in exit transactions, the firm said.
