Andrew Mina and Justin Mirabal joined Morrison Foerster as partners in the transactions department, the firm announced Thursday.
Mina represents hyperscalers, developers, utilities, and infrastructure investors in complex energy transactions and regulatory proceedings, including power procurement, interconnection, administrative litigation, and transmission strategy. His work includes negotiating energy transactions and serving as lead counsel in data center-related proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
