Morrison Foerster Hires Dan Harris as Emerging Companies Partner

Dan Harris joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital group in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.

Harris advises on general corporate and commercial matters, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents innovative food system and consumer technology, consumer products, software, hardware, and marketplace-based companies throughout their life cycles, as well as leading investors in the consumer products and technology sectors, the firm said.
