Morrison Foerster Hires Aileen McGrath as Litigation Partner

Aileen McGrath joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the appellate and Supreme Court group in the litigation department, based in the San Francisco office, the firm announced Tuesday.

McGrath represents clients in high stakes appeals in the US Supreme Court, California’s Supreme Court, and appellate courts across the United States, the firm said.

She has argued before the Supreme Court and has argued multiple appeals in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and California Courts of Appeal, Morrison Foerster said.
