Morrison Foerster Expands Global Privacy, Data Security Group

Boris Segalis and Kaylee Cox Bankston have joined Morrison Foerster as partners with the global privacy and data security group, the firm said Wednesday.

Segalis, who joins the firm in New York, advises clients on the development and implementation of data-driven products and services, compliance with global privacy and cybersecurity requirements, and US and foreign privacy and cybersecurity regulatory investigations, according to Morrison Foerster.

Cox Bankston counsels clients on cyber issues such as cybersecurity investigations and incident response preparedness, corporate governance and risk management, and regulatory investigations, Morrison Foerster said. She is based in Washington, DC.
