Linda Clark has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the global privacy and data security group, the law firm said Wednesday.
Clark advises clients on data security best practices and obligations, designing and implementing frameworks for compliance, and complex litigation and regulatory matters, according to Morrison Foerster.
She joins from RELX, a provider of information and analytics for professional and business customers. There, Clark served as chief data security counsel, said the firm.
