Will Wilson has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner with its technology transactions group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Wilson advises startups, large corporate enterprises, and venture capital and private equity investors on business and tech transactions, including counseling, structuring, and negotiating deals across industries, with a particular focus on the fintech, software, and tech sectors, according to the firm.
He has significant experience advising clients on intellectual property and commercial matters across a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate divestitures, the firm said.
