James Lee joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the private equity group in New York City, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lee’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds and portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth equity investments. He also advises on corporate governance, operations, and executive compensation matters, the firm said.
