James Beach has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions groups in San Francisco, the law firm said Monday.
Beach represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in US and cross-border transactions, according to Morrison Foerster.
He focuses on the tech sector, particularly enterprise software, data and security, hardware, logistics, manufacturing, and consumer products, Morrison Foerster said.
