Morrison Foerster Adds Partner Doug Mannal to New York Office

Doug Mannal has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in the business restructuring and insolvency group in the transactions department in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Mannal has particular expertise representing creditors in and out of court. His clients include ad hoc creditor groups, creditors’ committees, distressed borrowers, and major secured and unsecured creditors, according to Morrison Foerster.

He served as a member of the financial restructuring group at his previous firm where he represented clients in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and other distressed situations, said the Morrison Foerster.
