Morrison Foerster Adds Four-Attorney Emerging Companies Team

Jason Sanderson and Zainab Abdullah joined Morrison Foerster as partners in its emerging companies and venture capital group, the firm announced Thursday.

Sanderson represents companies and investors in venture capital financings in the US, UK, and other jurisdictions. He also advises on US domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as fund formation and structuring, the firm said.

Abdullah advises companies and investors in venture and growth financings across all stages and sizes. She also works on buy-side and sell-side M&A, and complex restructurings and change in control transactions, the firm said.
