Elizabeth Sipes has joined Morrison Foerster as a partner with the private funds group in the transactions department in Denver, the firm said Wednesday.
Sipes represents private investment funds, investment advisers, and institutional investors, advising on fund formation and launch, according to Morrison Foerster.
She was assistant vice president and senior legal counsel at Janus Capital Group and served as firmwide chair of the private investment funds group of her previous firm, Morrison Foerster said.
