Morrison Cohen Promotes Michael Oppenheimer to Benefits Partner

Michael Oppenheimer was promoted to an executive compensation and employee benefits partner at Morrison Cohen, the firm announced Friday.

Oppenheimer focuses his practice on corporate transactions with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, the firm said. He also deals with tax, corporate governance and change in control issues, as well as issues relating to the scope and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Benjamin Vitcov was also promoted to partner at the firm.
