Morrison Cohen Hires K&L Gates Real Estate Partner in New York

Aaron Taishoff joined Morrison Cohen as a partner in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Taishoff’s practice focuses on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of real property assets, representing lenders and borrowers in permanent, bridge, mezzanine and construction financing, and handling office, retail and industrial leasing transactions. He regularly counsels domestic and international, institutional and non-institutional clients on distressed loan workouts and restructurings and equity and debt investments, the firm said.

He joins from K&L Gates.
