Paul Scrudato, Jill Berry, and Thomas Burns have joined Morgan Lewis as partners in the toxic tort practice in New York and Chicago, the firm said Monday.
Scrudato and Berry join from ArentFox Schiff while Burns joins from Foley & Mansfield, according to Morgan Lewis.
Scrudato has experience in asbestos litigation defense and negotiating highly structured settlement agreements. Berry represents companies facing product liability and mass tort risk in addition to negotiating complex agreements, said the firm.
Both served as lead defense counsel on the World Trade Center September 11 Disaster Site litigation, according to Morgan Lewis.
