Joseph Gatti joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its structured transactions practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Gatti’s practice focuses on the structuring and execution of asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions. He advises financial institutions, investment managers, and other market participants across the full lifecycle of transactions, with a focus on single-family residential assets and residential mortgages.
He joins from Amherst Residential.
