Kari Krusmark joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its global technology transactions, outsourcing, and commercial contracts team in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Krusmark, who joins from Gibson Dunn, assists clients in a broad range of industries. She guides clients through the entire outsourcing process, from RFP to renegotiation and dispute resolution, and leads clients through the structuring and negotiation of strategic transactions, including digital transformation, outsourcing, cloud services, robotic automation, artificial intelligence solutions, platform modernization, and strategic alliances, her new firm said.
