Aliza Karetnick has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in the Philadelphia office, the firm said Friday.
She led Ballard Spahr’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution group and co-led its manufacturing and consumer products and class action litigation teams, according to Morgan Lewis.
Karetnick, who will represent clients in complex commercial, class action, and other litigation, also assists companies with governance and compliance matters, claim substantiation issues, and compliance measures, Morgan Lewis said. Her clients are involved in the personal care, cosmetics, flavor, and food industries.
