Matthew Thurlow joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its environmental and toxic tort litigation practices in Washington and San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Thurlow represents clients in high-profile toxic tort and product liability litigation as well as environmental litigation brought under major federal environmental statutes. He advises companies on environmental regulatory compliance obligations, including those related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in consumer products and environmental compliance, the firm said.
He joins from BakerHostetler.
