Paul Feldberg joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its litigation practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Feldberg advises companies and individuals on regulatory and enforcement matters, including sanctions, export controls, criminal fraud, corruption, money laundering, and insider trading. He has led and defended matters involving parallel investigations by agencies including the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Conduct Authority and has trial experience representing both corporations and individuals, the firm said.
He joins from Brown Rudnick.
