Morgan Lewis Recruits London Private Equity Partner From Goodwin

Gemma Roberts joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its private equity practice in London, the firm announced Thursday.

Roberts advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, and management teams on leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions across industries including technology, software, financial services, business services, and consumer products. She is particularly known for her work on complex cross-border transactions, private equity-backed growth strategies, and corporate reorganizations, the firm said.

She joins from Goodwin.
