Khoa Do has joined Morgan Lewis as a mergers and acquisitions partner in Silicon Valley, the firm said Wednesday.
Do will advise companies and private equity firms on transactions, according to Morgan Lewis. He has experience with deals involving the technology, life sciences, sports, and entertainment industries, Morgan Lewis said.
He most recently served as chair of Winston & Strawn’s Northern California corporate practice.
