Rahul Patel joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its capital markets and public companies practice in New York and Princeton, N.J., the firm announced Tuesday.
Patel focuses his practice on capital markets in equity and debt across a range of industries, including real estate investment trusts, finance, retail, technology, life sciences, and industrials, the firm said. He advises public companies on governance and disclosure matters, as well as reviewing periodic reports and proxy statements.
He joins from Davis Polk.
