Christopher Lawrence rejoined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its investment finance practice in Hartford, Conn., and New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Lawrence advises private credit funds, insurance companies, asset managers, and other institutional investors in secured and unsecured debt and equity financing transactions. His practice focuses on direct lending, private placement, mezzanine, first- and second-lien debt, “one-stop,” and unitranche financings, the firm said.
He joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
