Anthony Zacharski joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its investment management practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Zacharski represents US registered open-end and closed-end funds, their boards of directors, investment advisers, and other service providers in operations, corporate governance, compliance, enforcement, and litigation matters, the firm said.
He joins from Dechert.
