David Sylofski joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its structured transactions practice in New York, the firm announced Friday.
Sylofski counsels investment funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in whole loan sales and acquisitions and in forming residential mortgage acquisition platforms, the firm said. Additionally, he advises clients on compliance related to proposed and newly passed legislative and regulatory changes affecting asset-backed securitization.
He joins from Sidley Austin.
