Morgan Lewis Gains Investment Management Team From Perkins Coie

Todd Zerega, Mark Parise, and Betselot Zeleke have joined Morgan Lewis as partners from Perkins Coie, the firm said Friday.

Zerega, who will be based in Pittsburgh, Pa., co-chaired the investment management practice at Perkins Coie and served as a member of the blockchain technology and virtual currency group, according to Morgan Lewis.

Parise will be resident in Hartford, Conn. He advises mutual funds, closed-end funds, private equity, and hedge funds on governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional issues, Morgan Lewis said.
