Penelope Christophorou has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in New York, the firm said Monday.
Christophorou has experience with commercial financings and creditors’ rights, according to Morgan Lewis. She advises and negotiates secured transactions, securities and digital asset holding arrangements, derivatives, structured financings, workouts, and debtor-in-possession financing.
She joins from Cleary Gottlieb, and she will focus on commercial finance transactions, particularly those related to bankruptcy, Morgan Lewis said.
