Hans “Peter” Leube and Marianne Nawroth have joined Morgan Lewis in Frankfurt, Germany, from Bird & Bird, the firm said Monday.
Leube and Nawroth will focus on mergers and acquisitions that involve private equity and infrastructure funds, according to Morgan Lewis. Leube has worked with the software and IT sectors and telecommunications-related investments, and Nawroth has experience with German M&A transactions and cross-border deals with the telecommunications, healthtech, and software sectors, Morgan Lewis said.
Leube served as co-head of the international private equity group and head of the German corporate practice at Bird & Bird.
