Peter Moir, a toxic torts trial lawyer, has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in Dallas, the firm said Tuesday.
Moir, who joins from Forman Watkins & Krutz, will defend product liability and toxic tort cases, according to Morgan Lewis.
He has represented corporations in commercial and personal injury disputes as well as in defense of asbestos-related personal injury cases, Morgan Lewis said.
