Katherine Gibson joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its labor and employment practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Gibson counsels domestic and international employers across employment matters, including employment litigation and transactional support, and advises on restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and associated enforcement litigation. Gibson also guides clients on workplace data protection issues, including data subject access requests, employee monitoring, cross-border data transfers, and GDPR compliance, the firm said.
She joins from DLA Piper.
