Morgan Lewis Adds Three M&A, Private Equity Partners in Boston

Shannon Zollo, Joshua French, and Meghan Kelly joined Morgan Lewis as partners in its M&A and private equity practices in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.

The team works closely together and advises clients on all aspects of M&A, debt and equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate governance issues across a range of industries including life sciences, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, consumer retail, and defense. Zollo, French, and Kelly have strong relationships with investment banks and Boston-based businesses with which they have worked repeatedly on transactions.
