Philipp Schäuble has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner with the global labor and employment practice in Munich, Germany, the firm said Thursday.
Schäuble, who joins from McDermott, advises companies on individual and collective employment law matters. He focuses on remuneration systems, company pensions, restructurings, and employment law aspects related to public-private partnerships, according to Morgan Lewis.
He also provides advice on employment matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, Morgan Lewis said.
