Matthew Rizzolo joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.
Rizzolo represents clients in Section 337 ITC proceedings, patent litigation in US federal district courts, proceedings before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the US Patent and Trademark Office, and related international arbitrations. His practice involves litigating IP and unfair competition disputes, including Lanham Act trademark and false advertising, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation actions, as well as disputes involving IP licenses and other contracts, the firm said.
